After a failed contract with another realtor, Armandina was recommended by a friend who’s home she sold.
I decided to give her a try and she did not disappoint. She was a little tough but it was worth her suggestions in the long run. She pointed out what she called "hidden value". I didn't see some of the value she saw, and had them stand out. We had a few issues that she was always on top of and when minor repairs needed to be done she knew people who were there quickly.
